The best thing about being human is feeling. Sure, not all feelings feel good, but even the worst feelings can bring out the best in us. It takes a few tears and frustrations to bask in the warmth of laughter or the glow of love. That’s why I enjoy a good celebration! There is something about a new baby, a sweet 16, a 50th anniversary, a wedding, or a new home that warms my heart. I get excited about the changes in our lives that bring us great joy, from the largest to the smallest.
